The fastest browser. I now can’t bear the extra 0.5 seconds that even the quickest other browser adds to loading a tab/starting up.

2) App Launcher = QuickSilver (Mac). I can’t remember the last time I launched an application from the dock, or ‘searched’ for a file. I just hit the QS shortcut key, type the first few characters, and know I’m going to get what I want.

3) Diagramming = OmniGraffle Pro (Mac). Soooo much better than Visio, words can’t describe it.

4) Project Management = Basecamp. I hate it. I REALLY hate it. It’s so limited that words can’t describe. But until someone does it better, it’s indispensable.
